He has 20 years’ experience of advising UK and US law firms on competitive recruitment strategies and regularly consults with managing partners on lateral hires, team acquisitions and mergers.

His interests include his young family, fine art and antiques, fly fishing and skiing.

Maurice Webster - Director

Maurice studied Law and Sociology at Warwick University and is a founding director of JDP. He has successfully undertaken search assignments for a large number of UK and US firms since 1988.

His interests include watches and clocks, sport and staying fit enough to keep up with his young family.

Paulene McCaul - Director

Paulene read Law at Trinity College Dublin and is a founding director of JDP. She advises law firm clients on senior appointments, lateral hires and recruitment strategy across a range of specialisations.

Her interests include theatre, choral singing and collecting modern Irish art.
